There will be no need to do anything, except open the bag 5-10 minutes before tasting, and serve the contents as you prefer (for example seasoned with oil and lemon or on canapes with butter). Excellent for quick and tasty aperitifs or even for the preparation of first courses.
Living only in colder waters, the char has a very lean meat and is very rich in omega 3. The smoking is stronger here, and is sweetened by the juniper.
